Hampstead, London
A complete transformation of a historic brick studio on Well Road into a contemporary luxury residence. The original Victorian stock brick exterior and striking Corten steel entrance were preserved, while the interior was reimagined as a modern, light-filled home across multiple levels. The open-plan living and kitchen area features double-height ceilings with expansive clerestory glazing, flooding the space with natural light. A bespoke oak staircase with frameless glass balustrade connects the levels, complemented by a sleek dark kitchen with integrated cabinetry and stone worktops. The bathroom showcases hand-applied microcement finishes throughout, paired with a statement gold mosaic vessel basin. A private courtyard terrace with a living green wall provides an outdoor retreat, while the bedroom features blush-toned walls with a brass accent panel and custom upholstered headboard.

Muswell Hill, London
A comprehensive residential renovation centred around a dramatic glazed loft conversion atop a Victorian property in London. The project involved full structural work to the roof, constructing new timber trusses and installing a striking conservatory-style extension with floor-to-ceiling white-framed windows and a pitched glass roof, flooding the upper level with natural light. The kitchen was completely redesigned with contemporary reeded oak cabinetry, white composite worktops, and a bold decorative patterned tile splashback featuring geometric Moroccan-inspired motifs. Integrated appliances include a gas hob with stainless steel extractor and built-in oven. The bathroom was fully refurbished with floor-to-ceiling green glazed brick tiles, a walk-in shower enclosure with concealed valve controls, and a black heated towel rail. The loft conversion itself was finished as a cosy family room tucked beneath the pitched ceiling, complete with a skylight, oak flooring, and thoughtful detailing throughout.

Hampstead, London
A substantial ground floor reconfiguration and rear extension of a period property in Hampstead, blending heritage character with contemporary living. The project required significant structural alterations including steel beam installation and new brickwork to open up the ground floor layout, with a new rear extension featuring full-height slim-profile aluminium sliding doors connecting the interior to the garden. Original Victorian details were carefully preserved throughout, including arched doorways, turned timber balusters, and a sweeping handrail staircase, while new bespoke arched door frames were crafted to match the existing period joinery. The finished living space features exposed London stock brick feature walls, warm oak-effect flooring, industrial-style pendant lighting, and a built-in rustic timber dresser with integrated wet bar. Recessed downlights and a clean, neutral palette create a bright, open-plan ground floor, while glazed French doors with traditional glazing bars maintain the property's period charm.
