That contract will set out the full scope of works, project timeline, payment schedule, and any applicable guarantees.
- We are fully insured with public liability and contractor's all risk insurance. Details are available upon request.
- All works are carried out in compliance with applicable UK building regulations, planning requirements, and health and safety legislation including the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015.
PAYMENT
Payment terms are set out in the individual contract agreed for each project. We reserve the right to suspend works in the event of non-payment in accordance with the terms of that contract.
